2026 Football Registration - Fall 2026

2026 Tackle Football Registration

The following documentation is due by equipment distribution:

• Football equipment deposit check of $500 (check will not be cashed unless equipment is not returned)
• Volunteer deposit check of $500 (check will not be cashed unless volunteer hours are not completed)
• 2026 Medical Clearance Form (must be dated after 4/15/26)
• Copy of birth certificate 
• Copy of end of year report card 

Photo of player must be entered at time of registration. Picture must include player headshot only. 

Athlete must be registered ONLY to the team associated with their age (age as of August 31, 2026)

***Register by April 23rd to guarantee a Tryout t-shirt!***

(Registrations after 4/23 will receive a tee at a later date)

All Cheer Athletes MUST register for Cheer Tryouts to participate in the 2026 Sideline Cheer Season.

Open to ages 5-14

ALL CHEER ATHLETES MUST REGISTER FOR 2026 WJW CHEER TRYOUTS (See listing above). 

The following documentation is required for registration to be complete:

• Volunteer deposit check of $500 payable to WJW (check will not be cashed unless volunteer hours are not completed)
• Medical Clearance Form 
• Copy of birth certificate 
• Copy of end of year report card

Photo of player must be entered at time of registration. Picture must include player headshot ONLY. 

*****Partial pay for cheer registration: Payment can be made in full OR you can choose to pay in increments, with the last payment being the remaining balance due by 7/1/26.*****
